Making In-Person Appointments

When making your appointment with us, we will ask a few short health questions to ensure the health of our team and those we are visiting. We will only send healthy team members to your home and we ask that if you or someone in your home is not feeling well, we reschedule our appointment for a future date.

Cleaning and Sanitization

Deemed an essential business, we are continuing to operate and serve our clients. We have increased our sanitization and hygiene processes within our warehouse and showroom environments in accordance with public health authority guidelines, which includes routine sanitization of all hard surfaces, products, equipment, tools and vans.

Walking into Your Home

An Affordable Closets Plus representative will confirm with you on the morning of our appointment to ensure availability and that the status of health has not changed. To ensure the safety of all parties, we ask that you meet our team at the door upon arrival. We take great pride in our work, as well as the precautionary steps to mitigate health risks. Our team is taking extra preventative measures which includes wearing protective equipment, frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing whenever possible. This also includes sanitizing all surfaces after installation is complete.
